TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Creamy Delights Ice Cream Trikes will provide you with your chosen Marshfield Ice Cream for your guests at the agreed venue on the date and the time stated. Please note that the chosen ice cream flavours are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of £150 secures the date with the outstanding balance being payable 4 weeks prior to the event. Any booking forms or documents we send you must be returned to us within 7 working days. Late receival of documents may result in cancellation and loss of the deposit. For Payment methods we accept payment by cheque or cash.  Due to extreme weather conditions we may need a secondary location for the tricycle. Please check with the venue that we are able to attend. Please provide us with a parking space for our transport. Some ice creams may contain traces of *nuts, food allergies and intolerances, before booking please speak to our staff about your requirements. Due to allergies children must be supervise by an adult when obtaining an ice cream. Please inform the member of staff serving the ice cream if the child has a particular allergy. We will arrive at least 1 hour before the events starts to set up and liaise with staff. An additional travel cost may occur for events over a 30 mile radius from our base in Cardiff. Customers will be charged a standard rate of £1 per mile after that.
Bookings cancelled 28 days before the hire date incur 50% of the full hire charge. Bookings cancelled within one week incur 75% of the full hire charge.
A receipt will be sent by post or email for confirmation.
